5 Days in Beijing Tour

Tour Itinerary (B/L/D- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Beijing - Day 1 B/L/D

Our tour guide will pick you up at the Beijing airport in the afternoon. A live Peking Opera performance will be followed by a local specialty of Roast Duck Banquet. After dinner, you will be transferred to Hotel. Stay overnight in the hotel in Beijing. D

Beijing - Day 2 B/L/D

You will start your discovery in Beijing from the Great Wall. Later, the journey will take you to the Sacred Way and the Ming Tombs in the peaceful shadow of Longevity Mountain. You will then go to the Temple of Heaven, the place where the Emperors worshipped the Heaven for good harvests. Stay in the hotel in Beijing. B/L/D

Beijing - Day 3 B/L/D

Today, you will go to Tian'anmen Square, the largest square in the world. From there, you will enter the "Imperial Palace" known as the Forbidden City to explore its many fascinating halls and pavilions. Summer Palace is a well persevered royal garden, where you can realize your mid summer dreams. Return to Hotel after dinner. B/L/D

Beijing - Day 4 B/L/D

Today, you will have a half day tour by visiting  the "birds nest" the main Olympic site and the location of the opening/closed ceremony and the so called “blue Box” or “Cubic” which was the main site of the aquatic events.  Visiting these sites is truly awe inspiring.  Followed by a visit at the Great Wall which was constructed during the Warring States Period on 7th century B.C, it had a history of more than 2,500 years or a stop at Hongqiao Market (Pearl Market) where is a Beijing shopping favourite, not because it is relaxed but because it has just about anything you could possibly want

Beijing > Canada   Day 5 B/L

Free day and transfer to the airport, return to Canada after lunch.
