Canadian Rockies, Banff 4-Day Tour (summer)

Itinerary

Day 1: Vancouver -- Valemount

On the way to the Rockies via our famous Coquihalla Highway, the tour will stop at Kemp loops for lunch. Passing the Wells Gray Province Park in the afternoon, we'll pay a visit to the famous Spahats Creek Falls.

We will arrive at Valemount in the evening. Accommodation: Canadian Lodge or equivalent.

Day 2: Valemount - Jasper - Athabasca Falls - Columbia Icefield - CalgaryEntering the province of Alberta through Mt. Robson Provincial Park, you will enjoy the beautiful sights of the highest point of the Canadian Rockies. We'll tour the beautiful township of Jasper and the famous Athabasca Falls, followed by a ride on the Snow-Coach to the Columbia Icefield -- an unforgettable experience with the multi-million year-old icefield. A coach will transfer you to the city of Calgary in the afternoon, we shall also visit Chinatown and the famous Calgary Tower, where one may enjoy the panoramic view of the city from atop 190 meters. Accommodation: Sheraton 4 Points Hotel or equivalent.

Day 3: Calgary - Banff - Lake Louise - VernonYou will take a morning transfer to the resort city of Banff. With a spectacular gondola ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain, you will experience an incredible scenic view. The visit will be complimented with a short stop at Bow Falls and shopping time in the Banff city-center area. In the afternoon you will visit the world-renowned Lake Louise where you can enjoy the tranquility of the lake's natural setting. You will take a coach transfer to the city of Vernon for the night. Hotel Accommodation: Best Western Vernon Lodge or equivalent.

Day 4: Vernon - Kelowna -- Vancouver

You will take a morning coach transfer to Kelowna, where you will experience a leisurely Okanagan Lake cruise, enjoying the beautiful scenery. The tour continues on to one of the Okanagan's best vineyards for a wine tasting tour. A fun-filled hayride at the local fruit farm will further enhance your travel experience. The tour will return to Vancouver in the evening.
