Vancouver, Victoria- 4 Day Package
Day 1: Hometown --Vancouver
You will be picked up at the airport and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2: Victoria - One day tour
(Package includes ferry charges, one lunch & admission to Butchart Gardens)
You will depart in the morning for Vancouver Island with B.C. Ferries, tour famous Butchart Gardens upon arrival, then proceed to Victoria. You will visit Victoria’s Chinatown, legislative building, inner harbor, through Beacon Hill Park & stop by “Kilometre 0”, which marks the beginning of the Trans-Canada Highway, which stretches across Canada, ocean-to-ocean. You will return to Vancouver in the evening.
Day 3: Vancouver- One day Tour
(including admission to the Capilano Canyon Suspension Bridge)
The tour begins at Chinatown where you can imagine the cultural history of the early Chinese immigrants who arrived here from mainland China in the 1880’s to begin a new life here. These immigrants were instrumental in the construction of the continent’s western rail system.
We will then proceed to where the city began Gastown, the place where you’ll find some of the prestigious buildings of the 1870’s and the rich history behind them. The tour will pass by the Vancouver Trade & Convention Centre, through the 1,000-acre Stanley Park, Lion’s Gate Bridge, to the upper-class residential area on the north shore. You will visit a salmon hatchery and the Capilano Suspension Bridge where you will experience the thrill of crossing a suspension bridge 200 feet above the canyon. In the afternoon you will visit the Granville Island Farmer’s Market, the beautiful sunken garden at Queen Elizabeth Park and the busy Chinese shopping-centre in Richmond. You may also try your luck at the local River Rock Casino after the tour (guests will return to the hotel at their own expense if they choose to stay at the casino).
Day 4: Vancouver -- Hometown
You will take the coach transfer to Vancouver Airport for your flight home, or to your next destination.
